Open position:

RPA Business Analyst

Location: Belgrade

As an RPA Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying automation opportunities, and translating business requirements into technical solutions using Robotic Process Automation (RPA) technologies. You will collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to streamline workflows, improve operational efficiency, and drive digital transformation initiatives within the organization

Your responsibilities may include‍

- Execute and lead the requirements gathering process to define and document the functional requirements for RPA solutions.
- Develop and document process flows, use cases, and other artifacts to support RPA solution design.
- Develop test plans, scenarios, scripts, and other documentation to support the development of RPA solutio
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure RPA solutions meet business needs.
- Act as a liaison between the IT team and the business to ensure that RPA solutions are designed and implemented in line with the business requirements.
- Monitor and report on RPA project progress, performance, and issues.
- Analyze existing processes and recommend ways to improve process efficiency using RPA solutions.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive business process, data, and system models for RPA solutions.
- Train and mentor other team members in the use of RPA technologies and processes.
