Part of Lean
Process Automation
Lean Process Automation (LPA) optimizes processes, combining Lean principles with automation technologies for enhanced efficiency and sustainable results.
Alignment with the automation Strategy
Ensuring that the project goals and objectives are consistent with the broader strategic direction of the organization’s process automation efforts.
Overview of business
We evaluate current scope of process automation with goal of finding the best areas to further explore.
Discovery phase
We are conducting discovery workshops in the selected department to collect initial information about the processes and prioritize them. For data collection and visualization, we use process modeling and process mining tools.
Detailed analysis with
Lean & Six Sigma approach
In detailed analysis of the selected processes, we collect all necessary information such as process metrics, variations, exceptions, applications, etc.
After that, processes are also analyzed through Lean and Six Sigma with the goal of identifying areas for improvement (eliminate wastes, decrease error rate, improve Six Sigma score, etc.) and making sure that only activities that provide value to the organization and/or customers will be automated.
Documentation & development
In this phase is where the design, development, and implementation of automation solution happens, or improvement of the existing process to support automation, including defining the system requirements, selecting the appropriate technology, and conducting testing and validation to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
Maintenance & Continuous Improvement
Involves ongoing support and maintenance of the automation solution, including monitoring system performance, addressing any technical issues, and continuously gathering client’s feedback to identify areas for improvement and new features to be added to the automation program over time.
