Mentorship

We view mentorship as the most effective relationship in knowledge transfer. The structured mentoring process begins with mapping out the competencies that need to be developed during the mentoring process, then continue by connecting the mentee with a mentor, who has the necessary knowledge and can transfer that knowledge to the mentee. The mentoring process involves a long-term, result-oriented business relationship.
