01. The Balanced Scorecard

Balanced Scorecard is one of the most recognized models for strategy implementation and performance measurement. It was developed by Harvard professors R. Kaplan and D. Norton. It consists of four perspectives: finance, customer relationship, internal processes, learning and growth.

In this training, participants will learn how to translate their company’s strategy into clearly measurable performance and how to link BSC to operations.

02. Strategy of sustainable organization

What is the best strategy for the sustainability of the organization? What do you need to measure in order to know that we are on the right track? How to connect everything into one system? These are some of the questions that this training gives answers. It is conceived that through practical work participants get the necessary knowledge to form a strategy of an organization’s sustainability and apply it in practice.

03. Business Model Canvas

The Business Model Canvas is the most used methodology for developing StartUp companies. By encompassing Lean’s approach, BMC shortens the time from idea to finalization of product or service on the market. Equally successful can be used to create new companies, new business models, new products or services. The course is intended for owners, investors, entrepreneurs, consultants and consultants to gain knowledge about how to focus on qualitative and quantitative values, as well as on the ways of thoughtful behavior on the market. The main goal is to train the user to use BMC in day-to-day work.

04. KPI from the organization’s strategy

Defining KPI (Key Performance Indicators) is one of the key tools for operationalizing the strategy. Linking strategy, KPI decomposition, and tools for achieving it are the focus of the training.
