The course is intended for owners, investors, entrepreneurs, consultants and consultants to gain knowledge about how to focus on qualitative and quantitative values, as well as on the ways of thoughtful behavior on the market. The main goal is to train the user to use BMC in day-to-day work.
04. KPI from the organization’s strategy
Defining KPI (Key Performance Indicators) is one of the key tools for operationalizing the strategy. Linking strategy, KPI decomposition, and tools for achieving it are the focus of the training.
