PROCESS
Mapping of the process represents the first and the necessary activity to optimize processes and make improvements. BPMN 2.0 is the most common methodology for mapping the process. The training will provide answers to questions on how to use BPMN 2.0, how to properly map the processes, what questions to ask, which other tools to use?
Process Optimization
Process optimization training consists of a large number of workshops that raise the level of knowledge of the participants for proper optimization. Mapping the process as the first phase is covered by the BPMN 2.0 methodology, while the optimization tools and techniques are on the second phase of training. In addition to Lean methodology, trainees gain knowledge from tools that can be use for successful optimization. Change management is the last phase of the training, because each optimization represents a change of mode and is very complex for implementation.
