Widely used in the military, to consider preparation, planning and positioning before the battle, before it became a business term. Different definitions of organizational strategy basically have a common purpose, which is to describe how the organization will increase its value. By using a clear strategy, organizations can organize their activities and resources by creating priorities, in order to increase the chances of achieving their goals.
