RPA COMPLETE SOLUTION

ROBOTIC PROCESS AUTOMATION

COMPLETE SOLUTION

We place the robot in an environment where users can run it. We observe whether the robot achieves significant results and whether it works without errors. If errors are found in the operation of the robot, it  is returned to the development and testing teams to be fixed

1. Idea

It represents the initial step in the implementation of RPA. During the analysis, the business analyst, together with the client, identifies the need for automation, after which a project plan is created, where it is defined in which sector the automation will be done, as well as what its goal is. The time frame in which it is necessary to implement the plan is defined, after which the analysis process begins

2. RPA analysis

1. Assess the potential of RPA  implementation in the organization
2. Select processes that are suitable for implementation and determine the optimal model for implementation
3. Map the process
4. Detailed analysis of the process

3. RPA design

1. After assessing the future state, and based on the analysis of user requirements, create a PDD (up to Process Design Document) that contains information about each individual step in the process and thet is used as a base for designing the which the automation.
2. Create a flowchart to ensure process understanding
3. Document any observed exceptions to the process
4. Select RPA tools for process automation. We use multiple RPA tools such as Microsoft Power Automate, UiPath, Robotiq.ai, Automation Anywhere, Robomotion and others.

4. Development of RPA

We design, develop and implement the robot based on the created plan and collected documentation. We evaluate the designed solution together with the employees and approve the solution according to the 4-Eyes principle.

5. RPA testing

In this process, we ensure that the robot works as intended. We define inputs, expected results and outputs to verify that automation projects are working correctly. We check the activity coverage at runtime to ensure that the behavior remains the same as we make changes to the workflow

6. Application and servicing phase (Hypercare

We place the robot in an environment where users can run it. We observe whether the robot achieves significant results and whether it works without errors. If errors are found in the operation of the robot, it  is returned to the development and testing teams to be fixed
