Process optimization training consists of a large number of workshops that raise the level of knowledge of participants in the field of optimization. Process mapping as the first phase is covered by BPMN 2.0 methodology, while tools and techniques for optimization work on the second day of training. In addition to the Lean methodology, trainees gain knowledge from tools that can help successful optimization. Change management represents the last phase of training because each optimization represents a change in the way of working and is very complex to implement.
The training aims to raise the level of knowledge of participants about process optimization and enable them to apply it in practice.
Upon completion of the training, participants will be able to:
- Precisely map and define the process;
- Applications of optimization tools and techniques;
- Lead the change towards the TO-BE process.
- Defining the process;
- Process mapping;
- AS-IS process diagram;
- TO-BE process diagram;
- Process optimization tools and techniques;
- Change management;
