We view mentoring as the most effective relationship in knowledge transfer. The structured mentoring process begins with mapping out the competencies that need to be developed during the mentoring process, then continue by connecting the mentee with a mentor, who has the necessary knowledge and is able to transfer that knowledge to the mentee. The mentoring process involves a long-term, result-oriented business relationship.
WHY?
We believe that mentoring is the optimal way to transfer knowledge and improve competencies.
WHAT?
Based on the mapping of competencies that need to be developed, the level of knowledge to do a specific job is achieved with the mentoring sessions.
HOW?
By applying an appropriate mentoring methodology that includes 1-on-1 mentoring over a period of time which is determined based on the mapping of required competencies.
