Our consulting services focus on the critical elements of an organization that can represent the risks and opportunities for long-term sustainability, growth, and development. The areas of strategy, process, management system, agile management, auditing, and automation are the key to our expertise, which, with a holistic approach to the organization, brings value to the client.

01. Strategy

The word strategy originally comes from the Greek word “Strategoes” which means in translation – planned actions for achieving goals. Widely used in the military, to consider preparation, planning and positioning before the battle, before it became a business term. Different definitions of organizational strategy basically have a common purpose, which is to describe how the organization will increase its value. By using a clear strategy, organizations can organize their activities and resources by creating priorities, in order to increase the chances of achieving their goals.

02. Process

Through processes, we can present everything we do. The process approach is standard and the basis of all management systems. By focusing on the processes we generate the basis for the improvement of organization and we are practically implementing them through the optimization and automation. Optimized processes without proper people are not enough, so our approach also includes the positioning of the right people in relation to the processes they are handling.

03. The Quality Management System

A management system is a way in which an organization manages the inter-related parts of its business in order to achieve its objectives. These objectives can relate to a number of different topics, including product or service quality, operational efficiency, environmental performance, health and safety in the workplace and many more. The level of complexity of the system will depend on each organization’s specific context. Our service focuses on supporting clients to achieve objectives of its management system and to continuously improve it.

04. Audit

Audit represents the third phase in the PDCA cycle and has the goal of presenting a realistic picture of the organization. Requirements of standards, clients, laws, owners and the like can be input parameters in the trumpets we perform, while our auditors with their experience guarantee a high level of service quality.

05. Agile Management

The agile approach is a generally accepted way of working today. The changes that it brings in everyday work are significant. Self-organizing teams that create value for end-users are becoming the basis of business. Management requires the implementation of agile approaches, while the place and role of management in an agile environment is often unclear, and even negates. Managers are left without support during the transition period, and they resort to familiar behaviors in these situations. This leads to the fact that in many studies management is listed as one of the main obstacles to the successful implementation of the agile approach in organizations.

06. Lean Six Sigma

Lean Six Sigma is a proven methodology aimed at improving productivity, increasing user satisfaction and reducing operational costs. We support organizations in their ambition to continuously improve processes using Lean and/or Six Sigma. Our focus is on the practical application and building of the culture in the organization.
