Ivan Pribićević, PhD
Ivan Pribićević holds a Ph.D from the Faculty of Organizational Sciences in Belgrade, where he completed his master’s studies in quality management. He also completed his second master’s studies in international affairs at the Faculty of Political Sciences. He holds an Executive MBA degree from Quantic Business School. He is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt in the industry (TLSSC) and a certified IATF 16949:2016 TÜV SÜD trainer. He has carried out more than 300 management system audits and trained over 2,000 people in the field of management systems. He is an auditor of the certification body TÜV SÜD and TMS for the ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001/ISO 45001 standards and a TÜV SÜD Evaluation trainer for the new versions of the ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards. He is a certified UiPath Business Analyst and Solution Architect for Robotic Process Automation. Ivan is also a visiting lecturer at the Faculty of Organizational Sciences, teaching the subject of Quality management systems and an alumnus of the Belgrade Center for Political Excellence (BFPE). He has been a member of the Serbian Association of Managers since 2012, and since 2013 he has been in the management team of the section of perspective young leaders – SAMPLE, of which he has been a team leader since 2015. In 2020, the Serbian Association of Managers awarded him with the “Young Manager of the Year” award. The following year, he attended the Academy of the Serbian Association of Managers, “Leaders for the 21st Century“. He published several scientific papers on the topic of strategic management, quality management, education system, etc. Since 2011, he was a director of the strategy and development department at the Serbian Institute for Textbooks. He worked as an auditor for management system standards in the certification body YUQS. Since 2014, he has held the position of business development manager at TMS CEE, a partner of TÜV SÜD. Since 2018, he has been the owner and director of Simplify Consulting.
Natalija Jovičić Zarić has worked with management systems, process organisation, and accreditation of conformity assessment bodies for over 20 years. She graduated from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering of the University of Belgrade in production engineering. She defended her master’s thesis at the same faculty. Natalija held the position of assistant director for management systems and development at the Accreditation Body of Serbia (ATS) for many years. During her work at ATS, she actively participated in the work of the European accreditation organisation (EA), among other things, as the chairperson of the EA Laboratory Committee. Since 2014, she has held the position of development coordinator at TMS CEE, a partner of TÜV SÜD. During that period, she also worked as an auditor of the certification body TÜV SÜD. She has carried out a large number of certification checks, as well as evaluations of conformity assessment bodies in accreditation procedures. She is a participant in numerous international projects in the field of management systems and accreditation. She actively participated in and organised a series of training in the field of management systems, as well as training for assessors for accreditation purposes (assessment training according to the ISO/IEC 17000 series of standards). In 2018, she completed the Project Management educational program at the Business Academy. She has been leading the Management system department at Simplify Consulting since 2021,.
Marko Pantić, master engineer of organizational sciences, completed his basic and master studies at the Faculty of Organizational Sciences in Belgrade, Quality Management and standardization department. Certified internal auditor for the standards SRPS ISO 9001: 2015 and SRPS ISO 14001: 2015. UiPath Certified Business Analyst and Solution Architect for Robotic Process Automation. Active user of MS Office and other tools like PowerDesigner, Bizagi, IBM Blueworks. Engaged in 50+ consulting projects in the country and abroad on projects of analysis and implementation of robotic process automation in the companies “Delta Holding”, “Kuehne-Nagel”, “Manpower”, “Wiener Statdische”, “Triglav”, etc., process analysis and optimization through the application of LEAN tools on projects in the companies “Raiffeisen banka”, “Schneider Electric”, “Metro Cash&Carry”, “Tirana banka”, “OTP banka”, “Unicredit banka”, etc., as well as projects of implementation and maintenance of management systems in companies “Termovent”, “enjoy.ing”, “Regent Lighting”, “Ametek”, etc.
Danilo Barjaktarević, economist, graduated at the RnB College at the Business School of Economics and Administration, University of Belgrade.
He has gained his business experience in companies Celonis, Insight Technology Solutions, Kuehne + Nagel and NCR Corporation over the course of ten years. As a Head of Engineering Operations in Celonis he was in charge of scope definition, capacity planning and hiring strategies for Product and Engineering departments. He implemented best in the class finance and hiring methodologies, while focusing on increased productivity, as well as agile framework and he was in charge of creating and improving global operational strategies by creating and deploying frameworks and processes. As a Senior Operations Manager at Insight Technology Solutions he created and opened a Center of Excellence in Madrid, where he collaborated directly with HR, Legal and other departments. Among other activities, he implemented procedures, tools, standards and guidelines for a successful business model. In Kuehne + Nagel, as a Shared Service Centre Hosted Senior Manager, he primarily focused on RPA and automation, driving cost reduction and increasing productivity and utilization. He was responsible for YTY targets and transition in Business Process Outsourcing and worked as Lead Internal Quality consultant and internal auditor.
As a Service Operation Center Senior Supervisor at NCR he was in charge of entire reactive and proactive services activities within multiple different tech stack in service desk domain. There, he also managed multiple vendors, KPI’s and SLA’s and aligned them to existing targets within business units. He was also responsible for continuous improvement, business development, performance management and creation of disaster recovery modules.
He has been employed at Simplify Consulting since 2018, as an auditor and external consultant and he carried out more than 15 ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 audits in Serbia and in the region of western Balkans. Since 2022, he has been the Chief Executive Officer of Simplify Consulting Spain.
Bojana Jovanović Lazić
Bojana Jovanović Lazić holds a Ph.D from the Faculty of Organizational Sciences in Belgrade, where she earned her doctoral thesis in the field of energetic management. She completed her master’s and bachelor’s studies in quality management and standardisation at the same faculty. She is the author of more than a dozen scientific papers, including those published in leading international journals. She created publications for the Institute for Standardization of Serbia and the Chamber of Commerce of Serbia. She was involved in implementing the ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 50001 standards in the construction industry. From 2011 to 2022, she gained work experience in the position of scientific associate in the company specialized in the electronics industry where she maintained an integrated management system and internal audits. She worked as an associate at the Department of Quality Management and Standardization at the Faculty of Organizational Sciences in Belgrade, from 2013 to 2016. She has been employed at Simplify since 2022 as a consultant for management systems.
Aleksandar Mićašević is a master management engineer. He earned his diploma at the Faculty of Technical Sciences in Novi Sad, majoring in engineering management. From 2013 to 2021, he worked as management system associate and an independent engineer for implementing the management system and CE mark in the Information Center for Business Standardization and Certification (BSC). In addition, he worked as a quality management representative and consultant in the company CETA-Consulting from Novi Sad in the same period. He is also an external associate of the Certification Body Pancert from Novi Sad for quality management system assessment and external associate in the consulting company GFA South East Europe ltd. He was a member of the accreditation team of the first Personnel Certification Body (ISO 17024) in the field of food safety in the Republic of Serbia. Since 2018, he has been the owner of the consulting and engineering agency CEMS Consulting. Aleksandar participated in the implementation, improvement and internal audits of management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 22301, ISO/IEC 17025, ISO 37001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001 and IFS Logistic) in more than 40 companies. The most significant are the companies from the food sector, metal, service (engineering, transport, etc.) and public utility activities. Aleksandar was a member of teams that participated in several domestic and international projects for harmonising technical products with the requirements of EU Directives (machines, eco-design and energy labelling), harmonised standards and domestic regulations. He has been a member of the Union of Engineers and Technicians of Serbia since 2014 and the American Society for Quality (ASQ) since 2015. Since 2016, he has been in the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) database of consultants. He organised five large domestic and international conferences in business, competitiveness and sustainable development. In Simplify Consulting, he has been working since 2021 as a management systems expert.
Dragan Stojanović, graduated engineer of Food Technology, started his career in the laboratory for testing agricultural and food products Jugoinspekt Belgrade at the Topčider Institute, where he also served as the Head of the Laboratory for 4 years. After that, he continued his career in the food industry in several companies (Delyug, Belgrade; Fresh & Co, Subotica; Polimark, Belgrade; Fruvita, Belgrade, Iceberg Salad Center, Belgrade), where he gained extensive experience in various branches of the food industry. Since 2007, he has been the owner of a management and consulting agency that mainly deals with consulting in the field of implementation and improvement of the management system. Throughout his career, he has been actively involved in the management and administration of management systems in various companies, as well as in evaluation according to various standards, which he began in 1998 in YUQS, Belgrade as an ISO 9001 evaluator. He is a registered Lead Assessor of IFS Food, BRC Food, ISO 9001, HACCP, Global GAP. Also he is a registered technical expert of ISO 22000. For the last 11 years he has been an external leading auditor.
Tamara Svorcan is an engineer, she completed her master’s studies in project and investment management at the Faculty of Organizational Sciences. She has been employed at Simplify Consulting since 2020. Since then, she has participated as a Business Analyst in many process optimisation projects in various companies from the electrics, retail, IT and banking industry and robotic process automation projects in the companies from the health, insurance, logistics industries, as well as business analysis projects in the health industry. She also worked on implementing the ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 standards in the logistics and IT companies. Currently, she has a position of Lead Business Analyst.
Dragan Metikoš is an engineer, he completed a master’s degree in management engineering. at the Faculty of Organizational Sciences in Belgrade. He completed his undergraduate studies at the same faculty in the operational management department. He is a certified UiPath Business Analyst, Solution Architect for Robotic Process Automation and a certified user of the Bizagi business process modelling tool. He is a certified Junior Business Analyst Trainee from Brainnest and is obtaining LSS Black Belt certification. Dragan has certificates for Robotiq.ai TechnicalTraining and Robotiq.ai ConsultingTraining, as well as a certificate for Global Strategy Consulting. He is certified in SQL and Python programming languages. With the topic “Improving accounting processes using RPA”, he was one of the participants of the Serbian XIII Meeting of Businessmen and Scientists SPIN ’21 entitled “Industry 4.0 – opportunities, challenges and solutions for the digital transformation of the economy“. He has been employed at Simplify since 2020. Since then, he has worked on implementing and integrating ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001, and ISO 27001 standards in the companies from constructing and IT industry. He participated in process optimisation projects in the several bank and retail companies and RPA projects in the companies from logistics, IT, electronics, healthcare, insurance, consulting and marketing industry. He is currently in the position of Lead RPA Analyst, in which he deals with process analysis and evaluation of the potential for automation/optimisation and creation of design solutions for implementation.
Bojana Lukić is a master engineer from the Faculty of Organizational Sciences, majoring in quality management and standardisation. She is a certified internal auditor for the SRPS ISO 9001:2015 standard and a certified business analyst for RPA. After her studies, in 2017, she was hired as a consultant for implementing the SRPS ISO 9001:2015 standard in various logistics companies. In 2018, she worked as a Junior Business Analyst at Kuehne+Nagel on a robotic process automation project. Also, as an analyst, she was engaged in the ManPower Group company on a project to assess the potential of process automation. She has been employed at Simplify since 2019 and currently holds the senior business analyst position.
Danka Stojanović is a Master student at the Faculty of Organizational Sciences, at the University of Belgrade, where she completed her undergraduate studies in Operations Management. Engaged in the project of implementation and integration of the IS0 9001:2015 standard in the company „Enjoy.ing“. She participated in the project of implementation and integration of ISO 45001: 2018 standard in the system of the organization „Smurfit Kappa Avala Ada“. Additionally, she has worked on business process optimization in the company „M2Communications“, as well as mapping, modeling, and documenting business processes in the company „Vinarija Čoka“. Bizagi certified for business process modeling. UiPath Certified Business Analyst for Robotic Process Automation.
Iva Ranković is a graduate engineer at the Faculty of Organisational Sciences, where she completed her bachelor’s studies majoring in quality management and standardisation. She has been employed at Simplify since 2021. As a junior consultant for management systems, she worked on maintaining the management system for the standards SRPS ISO 9001:2015, SRPS ISO 14001:2015 and SRPS ISO 45001:2018 in the company from the printing industry. After that, she was engaged in business analysis projects for ERP implementation as a Junior Business Analyst in chemical and constructing industry. In the same position, she worked on projects to set up a strategic business model and optimise business processes in the regional logistics company. In her current position as an RPA Analyst, she is engaged in process analysis projects for further automation in different companies from insurance, bank and logistics sector.
Anđela Bjeloglav is a law graduate, majoring in legal and criminal law. She has certificates for standards: ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, ISO/IEC 27001:2013, ISO 22301:2019, IILA – internal auditor, ISO 31000:2018, SCC (“Safety Certificate Contractors“) and certificate for “Refreshing Energy Management – Revision of ISO 50001 under consideration of ISO 50003ff”. In her previous work, she participated in the implementation of more than 30 inspections. In 2021, she was engaged in the certification body Quality Austria Center in the position of CRM Manager. She did comprehensive preparation, planning and processing of documentation. Anđela was a member of the team of auditors for management system standards: ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, ISO/IEC 27001:2013, SCC**:2011, SCCp, the food safety: HACCP, ISO 22000:2018, FSSC 22000. She also worked in the field of training students for the standards mentioned above. She has been employed at Simplify Consulting since 2022. Since then, she has participated in projects in the field of management systems in the companies from the insurance and IT industries and business process optimisation projects in the companies from the insurance, bank and chemical industry. She is a certified user of the Bizagi tool for business process modelling. Currently, she holds the position of Project Specialist.
Dušan Nogović is a senior year student at the Faculty of Organizational Sciences in Belgrade, majoring in quality management and standardisation. During his studies, he had an internship in the companies from the health and electronics industries. He joined the Simplify team for an internship in June 2022. Until August worked as an assistant in maintaining the management system for SRPS ISO 9001:2015, SRPS ISO 14001:2015 and SRPS ISO 45001:2018 standards in the companies from printing, insurance and logistics industry. Since August 2022, he has been employed as a Junior Business Analyst.
Anđela Janković, a senior year student at the Faculty of Organizational Sciences in Belgrade, majoring in quality management and standardization. During her studies, she had an internship in the largest beverage company in Serbia in the marketing department where she worked on digital positioning. She is a certified user of the Bizagi tool for business process modelling. She joined the Simplify team for an internship in June 2022, where she has been employed as an Marketing Assistant.
Marija Kašerić is a senior year student at the Faculty of Economics, majoring in management. During her studies, she participated in several different individual and group projects. She joined Simplify team in September 2022 as a Junior Business Analyst. Until then, she has been engaged in business process mapping projects in a logistics company. She is a certified user of the Bizagi tool for business process modelling.
Nenad Dukić is a graduate engineer at the Faculty of Organisational Sciences, where he completed his bachelor’s studies majoring in quality management and standardisation. As Business Development Manager at Beohost from 2019 to 2022, he was involved in sales processes and worked on contacting potential partners and creating Facebook and e-mail campaigns. During his studies, he was engaged as an event coordinator in few marketing agencies and participated in the realization of several projects such as Wine Vision, SAM Gala, China CEEC etc. He was a participant in the Delta Business Incubator program, where he and his team developed business plan and presented a startup idea. Since January 2023, he has been employed as a Junior Business Analyst in Simplify Consulting.
